Immediately after your name, write down two or three short phrases in which you show all your advantages as a candidate. Do not write common words. Identify your strongest professional qualities that are directly related to future work, for example, extensive experience in this field or knowledge of several languages, and concisely state them. This item is very important because the employer spends no more than 20 seconds on each resume, respectively, you need to capture his attention at the first moment.

At the same time, start from the list of requirements and functional duties prescribed in the vacancy. These should be specific examples of what you have achieved at your previous job. “Increased productivity by 30%”, Reduced company expenses”, “Established a system of cooperation between departments”, “Successfully managed a team of 50 people” and ect.
Describing your achievements, do not forget about the principle of SMART. Everything that you write should be specific, measurable, relevant and limited in time. Only then write down your duties. Avoid common phrases and focus on specific tasks. Prescribing duties, describe them from the largest duties to smaller ones. Remember that your goal is to impress the employer from the first lines by showing a professional resume.

Here, the employer expects to see information about your knowledge of languages, a description of computer skills, additional work experience, and not directly related to your professional activity (for example, volunteering).
